How do you celebrate St. Patrick’s Day?
St. Patrick’s Day isn’t a holiday that I celebrate annually
although this year I wanted to do something that would put me in the festive
mood. I thought what is a better way to put me in the holiday spirit then to
create a name day card for my aunt Patricia, who celebrates her name day on St.
Patrick’s Day.
I wanted to create a card with whatever materials I had laying
around in my craft room. Whenever I want to create a quick and easy card I
refer to my Cricuit Spring Holiday Cards Cartridge. This cartridge offers
great card ideas for: Valentines Day, Easter and even gift boxes. It offers quick
inspiration and options that can be created within minutes. What’s great about
this cartridge is that a little goes along way! It didn’t take much to dress up
the cards- a few jewels went along way! The paper I used for this project was
from a previous project. I try to reuse and recycle paper and embellishments
(you never know when they’ll come in handy).
I got a little carried away and decided to make cards for my
nephews.
